*Additional episodes coming soon . . . exploring self-compassion, resilience, forgiveness and turning pain into purpose.

Do you . . .

  • procrastinate?

  • set high, unrealistic goals for yourself or others?

  • worry about what others think of you?

  • get triggered by constructive feedback or criticism?

  • feel stressed or anxious if something doesn't go as planned?

In today's fast-paced world, perfectionism can be a paralyzing force, hindering personal growth and stifling creativity. Juliette and Kelli will collaborate in helping you understand perfectionism, how it is stored in our bodies and how to physically and mindfully release it.

Through Juliette's compassionate guidance utilizing somatic techniques, you will experience how releasing the tension, stress and trauma of perfectionism from your body will free your mind and open you to trusting your inner wisdom. Kelli will share insights in how to mindfully overcome the limitations of perfectionism and strategies to embrace the beauty of imperfection.

You will:

  • learn somatic tools and techniques you can practice at home to progressively enhance your emotional mastery over perfectionism;

  • gain a deeper understanding of the underlying causes of perfectionism and its impact on your life;

  • discover how to reframe failure as an opportunity for growth;

  • learn how to celebrate your accomplishments without fixating on flaws; and,

  • learn how to navigate the delicate balance between high standards and self acceptance.

This will be a profoundly experiential journey of body and mind to support you on your journey toward emotional freedom.
